Terms and Conditions

• The total KM and time will be calculated from our garage to our garage.
• Toll fees, parking charges, entry fees, and similar expenses will be charged extra as per actuals.
• The AC will not function during hill climbs or when the vehicle is stopped/parked.
• Outstation trips are calculated on a calendar day basis.
• Vehicles hired for outstation travel cannot be used within city limits.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage complies with the vehicle’s capacity.
• Additional charges may apply for oversized or excess luggage.
• Please note that luggage carriers are not allowed in certain locations/regions due to local regulations.
• An additional surcharge will apply for High-Altitude Areas & Peak Season.
• Night travel surcharges will apply from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
• Rates for Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year may differ.
• The Vehicle rates are subject to availability upon booking confirmation.
• Booking confirmation on 50% advance and the balance payment must be cleared 24 hours before the trip starts.
• Applicable service taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
• Vehicle rates are subject to change at the time of booking.
• There will be different charges for AC Tempo Traveller.
