This cancellation policy applies to bookings made through 7journeys. By confirming your reservation, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.

 

Cancellation Process

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email in the same trail mail of the booking conformation.
• Verbal Cancellation is subject to certain emergency circumstances and 7jouneys reserved the right to such situations.
• The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive your written request.

 

Cancellation Fees

• More than 30 days before departure: 85% refund of the total booking cost.
• 30 to 15 days before departure: 70% refund of the total booking cost.
• 8 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
• Specific packages or promotions may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

 

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.
• The cancellation amount is non-transferable to any other individual, group or entity.

 

Changes to Bookings

• Changes to travel dates, destinations, duration or guest details will or may lead to additional fees and are subject to availability.
• Requests for changes should be submitted in writing and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Exceptions

In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, illness, landslides, road blockage or government travel restrictions or any such situation, exceptions to the cancellation policy may apply.
