Brief Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Guwahati Airport/Station and Drive to Shillong
- Highlights: Begin your journey with a scenic drive to Shillong, stop at the mesmerisiing Umiam Lake for a peaceful break. Upon arrival visit the Ward's Lake for a relaxed stroll and visit the local Police Bazar Market for shopping and local treats
- Overnight Stay: Shillong
Day 2: Shillong to Mawlynnong (Asia's Cleanest Village) & Dawki
- Highlights: Drive to Dawki (Indo-Bangla Broder) for a serene boating experience on the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot river. Then drive to Mawlynnong, Asia's cleanest village, and explore the Living Root Bridge and the Balancing Rock.
- Overnight Stay: Cherrapunjee
Day 3: A Day Exploring Cherrapunjee - Land of WaterFalls
- Highlights: Visit the Garden of Caves, followed by Pung Iyer and Awrah Cave which offer stunning natural beauty. Spend some time at Eco Park for breathtaking views. Then drive to Nohkalikai Falls, one of the highest waterfalls in India, amazing Prut Falls, Seven Sister Falls, and Mawsmai Cave
- Overnight Stay: Cherrapunjee
Day 4: Cherrapunjee to Guwahati Departure VIA Laitlum Canyon
- Highlights: After breakfast drive to Smit and visit Laitlum Grand Canyon for breathtaking views of the valley (note: closed on Sundays). Enroute halt at the Mawdok Dympep Viewpoint. Later transfer to the Guwahati airport/station for your onward journey.
- End of Tour: Departure from Guwahati Airport/Station with cherished memories of Meghalaya.
