Brief Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Paro – Transfer to Thimphu

Highlights: Meet & greet at Paro Airport, Scenic transfer to Thimphu (65 km, 2 hrs drive), Explore Thimphu town on foot
Overnight stay: Thimphu

Day 2: Thimphu Sightseeing

Highlights: Buddha Statue at Kuensel Phodrang, National Memorial Chorten & Folk Heritage Museum, Sangaygang View Point & Changangkha Monastery, Takin Preserve Centre & Tashichho Dzong
Overnight stay: Thimphu

Day 3: Thimphu to Paro Sightseeing

Highlights: Tamchog Lhakhang en route, Ta Dzong (National Museum), Rinpung Dzong
Overnight stay: Paro

Day 4: Paro Sightseeing

Highlights: Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), Drukgyel Dzong & Kyichu Monastery

Important Note

All sightseeing can be completed with a timely start and return to the hotel
Any changes to the itinerary or travel plan will result in a change in the package cost
Visa assistance will be provided, but the price is not included in the package
Prices are dynamic and may change according to season
Please do not litter and keep the destinations clean
Any breakage or damage of items at the stay property will be charged at actuals
It’s advised to carry sufficient cash in Bhutanese Ngultrum (BTN), especially for remote areas where ATMs and card facilities may be limited.
Indians must pay the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) of Rs 1200 per person/per night. Children below 5 years are exempted, while kids between 6 and 12 years will receive a 50% concession
To enter Bhutan, Indian tourists must carry their passports with a minimum of 6 months validity and make the SDF payment
Plastic items have been banned in Bhutan since 1999. It is advised to carry non-plastic alternatives
When visiting a Dzong (fortress-monastery), please ensure your arms and legs are covered
The official currency of Bhutan is the Bhutanese Ngultrum (BTN). Exchange currency at banks or authorized exchange bureaus
Respect the local culture of the destinations
Package rates are subject to availability at the time of booking
Rates are valid and applicable for Indian Nationals only
Package confirmation requires a minimum 50% advance payment
The remaining balance to be settled a week before the trip starts
Any Increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by the respective government or statutory bodies
Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure
Tourists need to carry valid ID proof like DL/Passport/Voter ID etc.
Any unforeseen price surges due to natural calamities, strikes, etc., shall be borne by the client
At the time of any pickup or any sightseeing, guests have to follow the timing. Otherwise, it could be a no-show
